We are seeking an energetic and experienced  Livestream Operations & Host Team Lead to join a fast-growing eCommerce and social commerce team based in  Secaucus, New Jersey .

In this role, you'll lead livestream operations, coach and develop a team of livestream hosts, and collaborate with brands to drive engaging shopping experiences across leading social commerce platforms.

This position includes approximately 3 hours of livestream hosting per day during regular business hours. There are no late-night shifts.

Key ResponsibilitiesLivestream Hosting

• Host engaging livestream shopping sessions (approximately 3 hours per day ).
• Present products in an informative, entertaining, and sales-driven manner.
• Interact with viewers through live Q&A and product demonstrations.
• Help increase viewer engagement, conversion, and sales performance.

Team Leadership

• Lead, coach, and mentor a team of livestream hosts.
• Provide guidance on presentation skills, customer engagement, and sales techniques.
• Support onboarding and continuous development of new team members.
• Establish performance standards and promote best practices.

Merchant & Campaign Support

• Partner with brands and merchants to execute successful livestream campaigns.
• Support product launches, promotional events, and eCommerce initiatives.
• Recommend product positioning, content strategies, and sales optimization opportunities.

Performance Analysis

• Monitor KPIs including:
• GMV
• Conversion Rate
• Viewer Engagement
• Retention
• Average Order Value (AOV)
• Analyze campaign performance and recommend improvements.
• Stay up to date on social commerce trends and platform best practices.

QualificationsRequired

• 1+ years of experience in one or more of the following:
• Livestreaming
• eCommerce
• Social Commerce
• Digital Marketing
• Online Sales
• Comfortable presenting products on camera and engaging live audiences.
• Experience leading, training, coaching, or mentoring team members.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills.
• Authorized to work in the United States.

Preferred

• Experience with  TikTok Shop, Whatnot, Amazon Live , or similar livestream platforms.
• Experience working with consumer brands or eCommerce businesses.
• Familiarity with influencer or affiliate marketing.
• Strong understanding of social commerce trends.
• Ability to communicate effectively in both English and Spanish is preferred to support business needs and customer engagement.

Pay: From $50,000.00- 60,000.00 per year
