POSITION SUMMARY We’re looking for motivated students to join our 12‑week Summer Internship Program (June–August 2026). Interns are paired with Project Managers and Superintendents, gaining hands‑on experience both in the field and the office. You’ll work on real projects—processing submittals, doing take‑offs, preparing budgets, attending meetings—and participate in training, jobsite tours, safety programs, and bidding. REQUIREMENTS Current sophomore, junior, or senior in Construction Management (or related field) Strong communication and computer skills Able to work independently and collaboratively Detail‑oriented and adaptable in a fast‑paced environment Reliable transportation to jobsites and offices Available full‑time for the 12‑week program Pepper Construction is an Equal Employment Opportunity employer.
