Role Overview
We are seeking a Commercial Content Strategist to define and optimize content strategies that support integrated campaigns, customer journeys, and growth initiatives. This role develops messaging frameworks, personalization approaches, and performance analytics to connect customer challenges with business outcomes.
Key Responsibilities
- Define content strategy across all stages of the customer journey (Awareness → Expansion).
- Develop messaging frameworks for SMB, Mid-Market, Enterprise, and Partner audiences.
- Identify content gaps and opportunities through persona research and journey mapping.
- Establish editorial priorities, content roadmaps, and messaging plans.
- Drive personalization strategies using segmentation and behavioral insights.
- Optimize content experiences across digital channels and web properties.
- Analyze content performance (SEO/SEM, engagement KPIs) and recommend improvements.
- Partner with cross-functional teams to align content with business priorities.
- Develop playbooks, templates, and continuous improvement strategies.
Required Skills & Experience
- Bachelor's degree preferred (Marketing, Business, Communications).
- 8+ years in content strategy, digital marketing, demand generation, or commercial marketing.
- Strong expertise in persona development, customer journey mapping, and content analytics.
- Proven ability to develop scalable content strategies and personalization frameworks.
- Experience collaborating across demand gen, growth marketing, digital, CX, and partner marketing teams.
