Miro is seeking a strategic Global Customer Success Leader to build, coach, and lead an enterprise-focused CS organization across Americas, Japan, and APAC. You will partner with Sales, Professional Services and cross-functional teams to drive adoption, value realization, and retention at scale. You will personally engage with the largest customers to establish executive relationships, help shape regional strategy, and mentor Directors to sustain a high-performance, inclusive culture.
