Goodwill of Central and Northern Arizona seeks an experienced Retail Store Manager to lead daily sales floor operations and drive growth while ensuring exceptional donor and customer service. You will manage staffing, training, budgeting, and compliance in a fast-paced retail environment, with travel to other GCNA locations as needed.
