Qualifications Graduate of an accredited or NLN-approved RN program. ACLS, PALS, or NRP (or obtained within six months of employment) in required specialty. BLS (or obtained during orientation) De‑scalation training (obtained CPI within six months of employment) in required specialty. Current state nursing license. TNCC required (or obtain within 18 months of employment). Prefer one-year full time or three years part time experience in acute care setting.
