Weekend Caregiver - PAID WEEKLY

United Home Care is looking for caregivers for older adults.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist clients with Activities of Daily Living (ADLs), including bathing, grooming, toileting, dressing, and mobility support.
• Provide companionship, social engagement, and emotional support.
• Support meal preparation, feeding (as needed), and ensure proper hydration.
• Maintain a clean and safe home environment, including light housekeeping and occasional linen changes.
• Assist with errands, grocery shopping, or transportation if required.
• Follow the client’s individualized care plan and report any changes to the care team promptly.
• Ensure the client’s comfort, dignity, and safety at all times.

Requirements

• Prior caregiving experience required.
• Active California Home Care Aide (HCA) registration
• Negative TB test or chest X-ray (per state regulations)
• Authorized to work in the U.S.
• Valid driver’s license and car insurance.

This is a per diem position. Work hours are not guaranteed , as scheduling depends on client availability, needs, and preferences. Shifts will be assigned based on the best match between the caregiver and the client’s schedule.
