• Schedule & Shift: 24-hour coverage shifts (day shifts 7am-7am) as scheduled, approximately once every 12-14 weeks
• Duration: PRN (as needed)
• Hours per Week: Varies by coverage
• Employment Type: Per diem/PRN contract
• Licenses/Certifications: PA Medical License, Board Certification/Eligibility in Urology, DEA
• Experience: Prior urology practice experience preferred

Pay & Benefits:

• Hourly Rate: $3,251.82 per shift (approximately)

What You'll Do:

• Provide urological consultation and treatment for a diverse patient population in a hospital setting
• Manage patients in outpatient clinics and perform procedures as required
• Respond to phone calls and urgent needs from affiliated facilities (Gettysburg, Waynesboro, Fulton County Medical Center)
• Collaborate with hospital staff to ensure quality patient care and efficient workflows
• Perform documentation in EPIC EMR system
• Support hospital's urology coverage needs on a flexible PRN basis
• Adhere to hospital policies and maintain compliance with licensure and certification requirements

What You Need:

• Required:
• PA Medical License
• Board Certification or Eligibility in Urology
• DEA certification
• Experience with EPIC EMR preferred
• Excellent communication skills
• Preferred:
• Prior hospital-based urology practice
• Ability to work independently and handle on-call responsibilities effectively
