Customer Service Representative

Duration: 10 Months and high possibility Job Description We are seeking a Customer Service Representative to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have strong experience in high-volume inbound contact center support and a proven ability to deliver accurate, unbiased assistance to Medicaid providers and clients while meeting performance metrics . Responsibilities: Respond to high-volume inbound calls regarding Medicaid eligibility, medical claims status, and program inquiries in a prompt, courteous, and concise manner. Provide unbiased assistance and support problem resolution, escalating or transferring to other Call Center units as needed. Document all customer interactions in clear and concise online logs. Meet or exceed individual performance, quality, and attendance standards set by management. Required Skills & Qualifications: Six months of high-volume inbound contact center experience within the last 12 months. Ability to work any 8-hour shift between 7:00 a.m. and 7:00 p.m., with no schedule changes during the first 90 days. Clear verbal and written communication with strong documentation skills.
