• Welcome, admit, and prepare patients for surgery, including taking and recording vital signs.
• Recognize and promptly report concerning findings to the nursing team.
• Maintain accurate patient records and electronic health records (EHR).
• Follow infection control, aseptic technique, and sterilization procedures.
• Assist with safe patient positioning as needed.
• Support the surgical team by anticipating needs and helping maintain an efficient workflow.
• Follow patient privacy requirements, safety standards, and company policies, including HIPAA and OSHA/WISHA requirements.
• Communicate effectively and collaborate with nurses, physicians, and other team members.

• Current Surgical Technologist registration, Medical Assistant certification, or Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) credential, as applicable to the position.
• Current CPR certification required; we will provide training if you don't have it.
• At least one year of healthcare experience preferred.
• Knowledge of sterile technique and operating room procedures is a plus.
• Strong communication, organizational, and teamwork skills.
• A patient-focused approach, attention to detail, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced clinical environment.

• Competitive pay: $22–$27 per hour, depending on experience.
