Technical Project Manager

Job Responsibilities Stand up projects end-to-end, defining scope, objectives, success metrics, governance, and ways of working Create and maintain project governance artifacts including charters, RACI, RAID, decision logs, and integrated plans Lead cross-functional teams across business, technology, vendors, and operations Develop and manage integrated project plans, milestones, dependencies, risks, and critical paths Lead and facilitate Scrum ceremonies Drive accountability and ownership among workstream leads and vendors Manage risks, issues, and dependencies, escalating with options and recommendations Facilitate governance forums including SteerCo, working sessions, and executive reviews Provide concise executive reporting on delivery status, business impact, risks, decisions, and next steps Ensure alignment with strategy, budget, roadmap, priorities, and value realization Close projects, including transition to operations, knowledge transfer, post-launch support planning, and lessons learned Requirements 5-6 years of hands-on technical project management experience Demonstrated success delivering complex technology projects on time in a consulting or agency environment Strong working knowledge of various tech stacks and ability to engage meaningfully with engineering teams Excellent communication skills for technical and non-technical audiences Ability to manage multiple projects and competing priorities in a fast-paced environment Deep expertise in Agile/Scrum methodologies Experience with project management tools such as Jira, Asana, Monday.com, or similar Strong analytical and problem-solving skills Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Business, or related field, or equivalent experience Agile delivery leadership JIRA and Confluence KPI and CSF tracking/reporting Applicants must be authorized to work for any employer in the U.S.; visa sponsorship is unavailable Core Competencies Demonstrates expertise in end-to-end project management, including defining scope, objectives, and success metrics while leading cross-functional teams.
