Job Summary

Cuready Healthcare Staffing is seeking a qualified Registered Nurse - MedSurg to support patient care and clinical operations within healthcare facilities. The ideal candidate will deliver safe, high-quality care while collaborating with interdisciplinary care teams and maintaining compliance with facility policies and professional standards.

Responsibilities

• Consistently applies OneCHRISTUS Competencies for nursing.
• Provides nursing care using the nursing process for assigned patients.
• Addresses complex psychological and social needs of patients and families.
• Administers medications and treatments, monitoring for effectiveness.
• Documents patient history, symptoms, medication, and care provided.
• Assesses learning needs and educates patients and family members.

Qualifications

• Bachelor of Science Degree in Nursing preferred.
• One year of experience in MedSurg nursing preferred.
• BLS certification from AHA required.
• RN License in state of employment or compact required.
• Ability to work independently and manage clinical situations effectively.
• Strong communication skills to collaborate with interdisciplinary teams.
