Warehouse Associate - New Albany At Job&Talent, we are recruiting for a Warehouse Associate to work with a leading company in New Albany. This role involves managing inventory, preparing shipments, and ensuring product accuracy in a fast-paced environment. Shift Patterns Saturday-Sunday and 3 other days in a week. 6:30 am - 2:50 pm. Pay Rates 14.00 USD hourly Essential Requirements for Warehouse Associate Experience in a warehouse or distribution center preferred. Able to lift 50 lbs and work on your feet for extended periods. Skills Requirements for Warehouse Associate Familiar with pallet jacks and basic inventory tracking. Must be able to work a full-time but flexible schedule. Must have dependable transportation to and from job site. Must enjoy working with others and taking direction when needed. Must provide own clothing: jeans, collared shirt with closed-toed sturdy shoes. Role for Warehouse Associate Physically unload freight from containers and trailers. Build and shrink-wrap pallets according to distribution specifications. Receive freight with the ability to identify case packs and pallet patterns. Operate manual pallet jacks and other warehouse equipment. Communicate any inventory or shipment issues promptly.
