Products Liability Attorney

Overview As a Consulting Products Liability Attorney, you will be integral to our dynamic team, providing top-tier legal services to a diverse clientele. This role involves working on complex product liability litigation, providing sound legal advice, and shaping clients' legal strategies. You will manage all aspects of litigation, including depositions, hearings and trials, and negotiations of settlements. This role is ideal for a seasoned attorney well-versed in product liability law seeking to advance their career. Responsibilities Provide legal expertise on product liability matters, including risk assessment and litigation. Develop and implement legal strategies in complex product liability litigation. Represent clients in court hearings and trials, advocating effectively for their interests. Conduct thorough investigations to gather necessary facts and evidence for each case. Draft, review, and negotiate legal documents, including pleadings, discovery requests, and settlement agreements. Qualifications Juris Doctor (JD) from an accredited law school. Active membership in the California State Bar. Minimum 5 years of experience in product liability law with a proven litigation track record. Exceptional negotiation skills and ability to resolve complex disputes. Strong analytical skills and ability to interpret laws and regulations related to product liability.
