As a Shift Leader, you’ll be right in the action: motivating your team, ensuring smooth operations, and creating great guest experiences. We’ll train you to lead with confidence and hold a standard others look up to.
What You’ll Do:
Oversee daily operations and team performance
Keep things running smoothly (and drama-free!)
Model energy, effort, and high standards
Support new hires and develop crew members
What We’re Looking For:
Leadership experience (restaurant or retail preferred)
Strong work ethic and personal responsibility
Calm under pressure and good at solving problems
Reliable, consistent, and coachable
