Manager, Business Development

To support the partner execution and contracting strategy for stablecoin and blockchain initiatives, the full-time Manager, Business Development will manage partnerships, drive project readiness, and oversee contract negotiations while collaborating with cross-functional teams. Key responsibilities Act as day-to-day support for stablecoin initiatives, driving project readiness alongside various teams Nurture and scale partnerships, managing RFI/RFP processes and vendor management Oversee partner contracting and negotiation, developing deal constructs and supporting contract development Required qualifications Minimum of 3+ years of experience in partnerships, business development, or product strategy Strong interest or experience in digital payments, stablecoin infrastructure, or emerging commerce Proven project management skills with the ability to manage complex cross-functional workstreams Experience in supporting partner diligence, RFP processes, and general partner management Bachelor's degree required
