Talent Attraction Lead: Community Partnerships & Recruiting

Hertz is seeking a Senior Talent Acquisition Partner, Recruitment Marketing, to drive recruitment marketing programs and connect Hertz with talent in local communities. You will coordinate community partnerships, hiring and outreach events, and college recruiting while partnering with recruiters and business leaders to turn priorities into practical marketing support.
