Why Attic Projects

Our goal is to find an elite sales leader with real home-improvement experience, someone who is willing to get their hands dirty, learn our services fast, and lead a team by example. This person must be a proven closer, able to earn the team's respect by producing results in the field early on, even though the long-term goal is leadership, not running leads. They need to be highly analytical and strategic, obsessive about execution, and willing to put in the time and effort with every client, salesperson, and lead to hit the numbers.  We strongly prefer candidates with HVAC or roofing sales leadership experience, but we will absolutely consider strong Sales Directors and above from the broader home-improvement and service-sales industry who can prove they can lead, coach, and close at a high level. Above all, this person must be a 10 out of 10 in customer service, professional, calm under pressure, and able to protect the client experience while driving results.

Roles and Responsibilities

You will start as an  Outside Sales Representative , you will play a crucial role in driving sales growth. With a focus on building relationships, you will engage with potential customers, understand their needs , and provide tailored solutions. Your expertise in sales and project management will contribute to our company's success while ensuring smooth project execution and customer satisfaction.

What you will do…

• Conduct thorough inspections of customer properties, including attics and crawl spaces , and provide creative, tailor-made solutions to address their specific needs.
• Guide customers through the entire sales cycle, from presenting and explaining the proposed solutions/quote to successfully closing the deal
• Provide accurate project estimates and detailed inspection reports to the operations team in a timely manner.

After 90 days, we will evaluate your performance and KPIs. And you will be considered to move into management role. In that role, you will report to the Corporate Director of Sales and own the sales performance and team development, turning lead flow into profitable revenue while protecting the customer experience and the company brand.

Qualifications:

You must have…

• Candidates must have at least 3 years of sales experience in any one of the following areas: attic and crawl space improvement, HVAC, or roofing.
• Experience with CRM systems, BuilderTrend preferred. 
• Ability and willingness to perform physically demanding tasks as required.
• Driver's License with clean driving record
• Have the ability to access through a 22"x30" opening of attic or crawl space
• Able to safely climb and descend or work from ladders, scaffolding or attic stairs
• Able to properly use PPE such as respirators (1/2 or full face), 3M masks, protective eyewear, sound dampening headphones, utility gloves, tyvek suiting, knee pads, etc.

• Have relevant Construction knowledge is highly preferred , but not required

Interview Process:

1. Initial Video Interview with In-house Recruiter
2. Onsite Interview with Sales Directors and CEO
3. Ride-Along Experience (Real life trailer - know the job and the team even before you join)

Details:

Pay Structure: For outside sales: 100% commission (Paid training for 3 months); For Sales Manager: Base + bonus
