Job Description Job Description Automotive Finance Manager / Automotive F&I Managers help our customers arrange the financing of their purchases and also present them with additional products that enhance their vehicle and ownership experience * Fully proficient with title laws and registration process * Maintains proficiency and certifications as required for the position * Automotive Finance Manager / Automotive F&I Manager accurately desks deals, submits deals to lenders for approval, makes credit decisions, and effectively closes deals * Ensures all deals are fully compliant with local, state and federal guidelines * Prepares paperwork, contracts schedules and delivers deals * Prepares and mails all deal packages with complete and proper documentation for E-Sign or traditional funding based off lender requirements * Accurately tracks funding of all deals and products, We utilized E-Contracting with most of our lenders Job Requirements Looking for an individual that is experienced in giving exceptional customer service, with a positive attitude. This person needs to have the drive to build a career as an automotive Finance & Insurance Manager. College degree preferred or equivalent experience * Three years automotive Sales or Finance experience a plus * Knowledge of dealership finance and insurance procedures * Professional personal appearance & excellent communication skills. * Basic MS Office knowledge; computer software and internet proficiency * Excellent verbal/written communication, strong negotiation and presentation skills * Must possess the ability to "close" * Professional Appearance * Must possess the ability to ask for the sale and follow through * Proficient in CDK is a plus * Must be able to work with Sales staff and build a good team atmosphere * Punctuality is a must Required experience: * Automotive Sales / Finance experience We have been in the greater Lansing area for over 50 years Family owned and operated.
