Parts Department Manager

Parts Department Manager Eagle Chevrolet GMC is looking for a Parts Department Manager to join our team! This is a hands‑on leadership role where you’ll manage a small parts team while supporting our entire Service Department to ensure our vehicles and customers are taken care of efficiently. What We’re Looking For: Experience in automotive parts management preferred, but not required Knowledge of GM parts systems a plus, or general dealership/parts experience Strong organizational and problem‑solving skills Ability to lead and motivate a small team while working hands‑on with parts operations Excellent communication skills with staff, vendors, and service advisors Detail‑oriented and self‑motivated Responsibilities: Manage all parts department operations, including ordering, inventory control, and pricing Maintain strong relationships with vendors and manage supply efficiently Support Service Department with parts needed for repairs, warranty work, and maintenance Lead and coach the parts team, ensuring accurate and timely parts delivery Coordinate wholesale parts sales and manage margins Ensure accurate records, reporting, and adherence to dealership and GM standards Schedule & Compensation: Monday–Friday with alternating Saturdays, standard dealership hours Salary: $70,000–$90,000 depending on experience Benefits include Medical, Dental, Vision, and Life Insurance Eagle Chevrolet GMC values craftsmanship, teamwork, and community , and we’re looking for a Parts Manager who wants to grow their career in a supportive, professional environment. #J-18808-Ljbffr Eagle Chevrolet GMC
