Help Desk / IT Support

About the Role Seeking a dependable, hands-on Help Desk Technician to support end users and perform day-to-day IT operations across office and warehouse environments. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys a combination of desk support, field work, deployments, and hands-on technical tasks. You’ll be responsible for supporting the technology users interact with daily, while working closely with senior IT staff to escalate more advanced infrastructure issues when necessary.
