Teller

Overview Position: Teller (R223420). Location: Montgomery, Alabama. Job Description The Teller will deliver a unique customer experience aimed at improving customer financial wellbeing and creating loyalty while increasing share of wallet. Key responsibilities include: Process a variety of customer interactions and educate customers on available financial alternatives. Identify and refer banking opportunities to branch staff during meaningful conversations. Engage customers in the lobby to present PNC products that meet their needs via technology, tools, and resources. Apply product and procedural knowledge to solve customer problems. Adhere to all policies and procedures, demonstrating sound judgment within established limits. Ensure teller and branch daily operations, including maintenance transactions, are completed efficiently and accurately. Qualifications We do not require a university degree; a high school diploma, GED, or equivalent, along with relevant experience, is sufficient.
