Software EngineerThis role is ideal for a software engineer with a strong background in developing enterprise applications that support supply chain operations. The successful candidate will work within an Agile environment to design, build, enhance, and support applications that drive critical business functions.Ideal Candidate ProfileWe are looking for candidates with strong software engineering experience who have worked on enterprise supply chain applications, including areas such as:Warehouse ManagementDistribution Center OperationsInventory ManagementSupplier RebatesBranch OperationsSupply Chain SystemsCandidates should have experience developing and supporting enterprise applications while collaborating closely with business stakeholders and cross-functional Agile teams.Required ExperienceBachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, Information Systems, or a related technical field.5+ years of experience designing, developing, and delivering enterprise software solutions using Agile/Scrum methodologies.5+ years of experience working with Supply Chain Technology or enterprise supply chain applications.Experience participating in Agile product planning, backlog refinement, sprint planning, and software delivery.Strong problem-solving skills with experience troubleshooting and resolving production and application issues.Experience designing and implementing software enhancements based on business and technical requirements.Excellent communication skills with the ability to work directly with business users and demonstrate completed solutions.This is a hands-on Software Engineering role. We are looking for candidates with recent application development experience, not project managers or infrastructure-focused professionals.Candidates should have a solid background developing enterprise applications that support supply chain operations.Strong communication and collaboration skills are essential, as this role requires regular interaction with business stakeholders and Agile teams.Please submit candidates whose recent experience aligns closely with enterprise software development, Agile/Scrum delivery, and Supply Chain Technology, particularly in warehouse, inventory, distribution, or logistics environments.
