The Roles - You're the heartbeat of the classroom. You'll design engaging days using our P.L.A.N. curriculum, build real relationships with your students, and set the tone for a safe, joyful, well-run room — whether you're guiding curious Twos through their first big discoveries or getting PreK students ready for kindergarten. What you'll do: Plan and lead daily activities using our P.L.A.N. curriculum, tailored to Twos or PreK age groups Build strong, trusting bonds with students and their families Own classroom management — creating a consistent, positive environment for kids and staff alike Support each child's physical, social-emotional, and developmental growth Communicate clearly and warmly with families, colleagues, and your community You'll bring: 3–5 years of relevant classroom experience A bachelor's degree is required (preferably in the field of education). You may also need an MSDE 90hr Preschool Certificate or CDA Certification with Preschool Endorsement (minimum) Solid grasp of child development principles and instructional strategies Working knowledge #J-18808-Ljbffr Georgetown Hill Early School
