Your Key Responsibilities

• Manage complete searches from initial intake to final placement.
• Become a trusted client partner, fully attuned to their needs, challenges, and culture.
• Implement strategic sourcing through our custom CRM/ATS and harness your own network and tools like our unique communications platform.
• Utilize our comprehensive platform to handle candidates, monitor outreach, automate follow-ups, and maintain organizational efficiency.
