Embark on a rewarding contract opportunity supporting diverse student needs across multiple school sites in the Moreno Valley, CA, area. Begin your assignment as soon as possible and continue through the end of the 2026-2027 school year, making a real difference in the lives of children with cross-categorical needs.
In this full-time position, you'll work a consistent 40-hour week, Monday through Friday, traveling between sites to provide occupational therapy services as an itinerant provider. You'll utilize your expertise to assess, develop, and carry out intervention plans tailored to each student within a supportive educational setting.
Qualifications and Skills:
- Current Occupational Therapy license (OT) in California required
- Experience in school settings and/or home health, healthcare settings highly valued
- Strong communication and organizational abilities
- Flexible and solution-oriented, capable of adapting to varying site and student needs
- Team-player with a commitment to student-centered therapy
Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver direct and consultative occupational therapy services to students across multiple campuses
- Conduct evaluations and create individualized treatment plans aligned with IEP goals
- Collaborate with educators, families, and support staff to foster student success
- Maintain thorough documentation and progress reporting per school and professional standards
- Travel between assigned school sites throughout the week
