Family owned & operated Family-centrics culture at all 7 locations Competitive pay Consistently busy Full benefits package including: Medical insurance - 70% employer paid of the team member Dental insurance - 70% employer paid of the team member Health Savings Account option Dependent care option Company-paid vision Company-paid Life/AD&D Supplemental Insurance 401(k) 401(k) match PTO Sick Holiday Pay Paid Training Bi-weekly payroll Employee discount Take home van We are looking for team members that meet the following qualifications: 3+ years of experience Thorough knowledge in glass repair processes Ability to work independently to complete jobs A person who can deliver quality repair with a commitment to total detail in their work while training and thereafter Must maintain a valid state driver's license to drive any customer or company vehicle Must be dependable and able to work with a trainer and independently Ability to problem solve while working independently Ability to lift up to 50 lbs Work in a fast-pace environment Stand for long periods of time Show strong attention to detail Show strong knowledge automotive glass types, adhesives, & installation methods Hours for position: Between 7:30 am to 5:00 pm (dependent on business need) Monday - Friday; No weekends.
