Head of Lifecycle Marketing (Fully Remote)

- You own how 5M+ existing customers experience Hostinger across email, SMS, WhatsApp and in-product messaging.
- You drive strategy for lifecycle, CRM or retention at scale, focusing on building rather than maintaining.
Daily Responsibilities:
- Make strategic decisions for domain portfolio growth and customer satisfaction.
- Translate market insights into product requirements and prototypes.
- Act as customer advocate and identify expansion touchpoints.
Ideal Candidate:
- You have led a lifecycle, retention or product marketing team at scale.
- You work AI-first and are deep on data.
- You have a strong commercial mindset and high sense of ownership.
