Registered Respiratory Therapist (RRT) - Night Shift

Assignment Duration

This is a 13-week contract position.

Schedule

Night shift, 3x12 hours from 19:00 to 07:30, weekdays and weekends as needed.

Job Description

We are seeking a skilled Registered Respiratory Therapist (RRT) with a minimum of two years of experience to provide high-quality care to patients. The RRT will be responsible for assessing, planning, and implementing respiratory care plans, along with monitoring and evaluating patient responses to therapy.

Responsibilities

• Perform therapeutic procedures as prescribed by physicians.
• Administer medications and treatments in compliance with facility protocols.
• Monitor, assess, and document patient progress and responses to therapy.
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to optimize patient care.
• Educate patients and families on respiratory health and disease management.

Required Experience / Certifications / Licensure

• Active RRT license for Ohio.
• NBRC certification and Basic Life Support (BLS) certification required at time of submission.
• Minimum of two years of experience as a Registered Respiratory Therapist.
• Experience in floating between facilities if necessary.
