A law firm seeks a Corporate Finance Associate to join their New York City office. The ideal candidate will have 3 to 5 years of finance experience, stellar academic credentials, and comparable law firm experience. Admission to the bar and good standing in the state of practice are required. Duties
Advise clients on accessing and deploying capital across borders and industries. Participate in debt restructuring matters for both debtors and creditors. Structure financing solutions for stressed and distressed companies. Work on leveraged buyouts and cross-border acquisitions. Engage in senior secured debt and asset-based facilities transactions. Requirements 3 to 5 years of finance experience in a law firm setting. Stellar academic credentials. Admission to the bar and good standing in the state of practice. Education Juris Doctor (JD) degree. Certifications Bar admission in the state of practice. Skills Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities. Excellent communication and negotiation skills. Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment. Comprehensive health and dental insurance. Retirement savings plan.
