The Job (AKA: The Important Stuff) You'll be: Conducting weekly and as-needed wound assessments Developing and updating individualized wound care treatment plans Collaborating with physicians, nursing staff, therapy, and dietary teams Monitoring skin integrity and implementing prevention programs Educating staff on pressure injury prevention and wound care best practices Maintaining accurate documentation and regulatory compliance Leading efforts to improve wound healing outcomes throughout the facility Serving as the facility's wound care resource and clinical expert Your observations matter.
