Senior HCM Business Analyst - Payroll & Core HR

Boston Public Schools is seeking an HCM Business Analyst to join the ERP team. The role focuses on payroll optimization and core HR within PeopleSoft, partnering with HR and IT to translate requirements into a detailed design package. The successful candidate will analyze HCM processes, define workflows, conduct data integrity audits, and support integrations while communicating complex analyses clearly to stakeholders.
