Senior Project Manager ($150k-$180k)

Job Title: Senior Project Manager (Also open to mid-level Project Managers)
Job Location:  Boise, ID
Salary: $150k-$180k + Benefits + Vehicle + 401k Match + 100% of Health benefits, etc. 
Requirements: 5+ Years Experience as Construction Project Manager + experience on projects related to commercial, Assisted living, or related 

This is a full time/permanent position with a 300-person General Contractor primarily focused on projects related to Commercial, Industrial, and Multifamily. Due to consistent growth, they are currently hiring for experienced Senior Project Managers. They have a strong backlog of work and a lot of growth moving forward.

What You Will Be Doing

• Lead Project Management efforts including planning and coordinating all aspects of the project, including budget, timeline, and resources.
• Communicate with construction teams, subcontractors, and vendors to ensure project progress and quality standards.
• Review project plans and specifications to identify potential issues and make recommendations for improvements.
• Monitor and ensure quality control and coordinate activities of project personnel to ensure it is within estimated timeline and budget
• Review project documents including contracts, change orders, and project plans

What You Need for this Position

• 8+ Years Experience as Construction Project Manager 
• Experience on Projects for Commercial, Industrial, or Multifamily
• Experience with concrete projects is a big plus but not required
• Bachelors degree is a plus but not required
