Speech Language Pathologist (SLP) - Las Vegas, NV

Summary: We are seeking a passionate and dedicated Speech-Language Pathologist to join our growing pediatric therapy team in Las Vegas. We are expanding, and we're opening a new location to meet the community's growing needs. This is an excellent opportunity for a motivated professional who wants to be part of a supportive, energetic, and therapist-focused team environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Evaluate and diagnose speech, language, cognitive-communication, and swallowing disorders.
- Develop and implement individualized treatment plans based on assessment findings.
- Provide therapy to patients of all ages (infants through adults) as appropriate to the setting.
- Educate patients, families, and caregivers on communication strategies and home exercises.
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to coordinate patient care and optimize treatment outcomes.
- Maintain accurate and timely documentation in compliance with regulatory, legal, and ethical standards.
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology
- Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC) in Speech-Language Pathology or CF eligibility
- Current Speech-Language Pathology license in Nevada
- Experience working with children and pediatric populations
- Familiarity with autism and various speech or language impairments
- Strong interpersonal and teamwork skills
