Help
Receives, examines, verifies, and identifies complex categories of materials and equipment, such as those which are classified, high-valued equipment, precious/strategic metals, and complex electronic or mechanical equipment, disassembles and assemblies, and components as needed for examinations/inspections.
Performs a broad range of standard traffic management in-checking assignments to include identifying hazardous, classified, AA&E, and sensitive cargo requiring special handling during in-checking.
Receives Government Bills of Lading (GBL) and inspects shipments for any discrepancies to AA&E, classified, hazardous or general cargo and ensures data is correct, properly identified, packaged, marked and labeled.
Monitors special programs, computerized listings, and documentation/records and completes Supply Discrepancy Report (SDR) and Transportation Discrepancy Report (TDR).
Operates electric, LPG, or diesel powered fork lift trucks and material handling equipment capable of lifting loads weighing up to 15,000 pounds as high as 168 inches.
Uses and maintains tools and equipment.
Utilizes safety, security practices and procedures. Follows established rules, regulations, and maintains a safe work environment.
