Physician Recruiter

Medicus Healthcare Solutions seeks a Physician Recruiter to join NetApp's dynamic IT-driven healthcare staffing team. Responsibilities

• Source and attract qualified physicians using online platforms, networking, and database tools.
• Manage full-cycle recruitment, including screening, interviewing, and closing candidates.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with physicians and healthcare client stakeholders.
• Use ATS/CRM systems to track candidates, pipelines, and recruiting metrics.
• Coordinate interviews, feedback, and hiring decisions with internal and client teams.
• Negotiate offers, compensation packages, and start dates with candidates.
• Ensure compliance with healthcare staffing regulations and credentialing requirements.
• Provide data-driven insights on recruiting performance and market talent trends.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to improve recruiting processes and candidate experience.
