Leadership Position Highlights:

• Leadership Role: Direct and elevate a comprehensive cardiac anesthesia program
• Generous Compensation: $575k-$590k; $125,000 start date bonus, relocation bonus, licensure support,10 weeks PTO, 100% paid malpractice, and full benefits
• Lifestyle-Friendly Call: Every 5th Week, beeper call from home (infrequent call backs) - NO in-house call

Opportunity Details:

• Anesthesia Care team is comprised of 9 physicians and 25 APPs
• Diverse Case mix including Cardiac, Vascular, Gyn, Ortho, Trauma, Cysto, ENT, Neuro, Orthospine, General, Robotic, Thoracic-Lungs, OB-non high risk, GI, EP, MRI, CT, Cathlab, Bronch Lab, Plastics, healthy day surgery Peds, and Podiatry
• Approximately 400 cardiac cases annually
• Level II Trauma Center
• Cardiac Fellowship, TEE Certification Required

HCA Florida Fort Walton-Destin Hospital is a full-service, 330-bed acute care facility serving Florida's Emerald Coast and the surrounding tri-county area. As the region's only Level II Trauma Center, the hospital offers a wide range of advanced surgical services, including cardiothoracic surgery, robotic-assisted procedures, neurosurgery, orthopedic and spine surgery, general surgery, and minimally invasive techniques across multiple specialties.
