Join our esteemed healthcare facility in a dynamic role focused on infection control. This locum tenens position is situated in a busy outpatient clinic in Buffalo, NY. You will play a critical role in implementing and monitoring effective infection prevention measures. The position offers a consistent day schedule with no weekends required.

Key Details - Assignment Type: Locum Tenens- Setting: Outpatient Clinic- Start Date: ASAP- Schedule: Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM- Patient Population: All Ages- Location: Buffalo, NY

Job Responsibilities - Develop, implement, and monitor infection control policies and procedures.- Conduct regular risk assessments and reviews of infection prevention protocols.- Provide education and training to healthcare staff on infection control practices.- Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to minimize infection risks.

Qualifications - Medical degree with a specialty in infection control.- Valid medical license to practice in the state of New York.- Board certification in Infection Control is preferred.- Previous experience in infection control within a clinical setting.

Working Hours - Monday to Friday, 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM.

Skills - Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.- Detail-oriented with a strong focus on accuracy and integrity.- Ability to work independently and as part of a multidisciplinary team.
