Qualifications:

• Valid state licensure as an SLP or eligibility for licensure as an SLPA
• Experience with school-aged children is highly valued
• Strong understanding of speech, language, and communication disorders
• Knowledge of IEP process and school documentation requirements
• Excellent interpersonal, communication, and collaboration abilities
• Ability to work independently and as part of a multidisciplinary team

• Conduct speech and language assessments
• Develop and implement effective, individualized treatment plans
• Deliver direct therapy sessions to students onsite
• Document progress and maintain accurate records in accordance with school policies
• Participate in IEP meetings and collaborate with educators, staff, and families
• Support academic and social-emotional development related to communication skills
