Senior Lending Transaction Coordinator - Special Servicing
Habitat For Humanity Of Durham
PNC is seeking a Senior Lending Transaction Coordinator in its Special Servicing unit to coordinate the closing of resolutions involving specially serviced loans, including assumptions, receiver sales, forbearances, and various payoff options. The role monitors closings, routes documents to QC for review, and manages execution.
