LVN/RN Full/Part-Time Position

Richmond Health Care Center is seeking dedicated and compassionate LVNs and RNs to join our growing team. If you are passionate about providing high-quality care and making a difference in residents' lives, we want to hear from you!
Responsibilities:

Provide direct nursing care to residents in accordance with care plans
Administer medications and treatments as prescribed
Monitor and assess residents' conditions and report changes
Collaborate with interdisciplinary team members (MD, NP, therapy, social services)
Ensure compliance with all state, federal, and facility regulations
Maintain accurate documentation in PointClickCare
Supervise and support CNAs and other nursing staff
Promote a safe, clean, and positive environment for residents

Qualifications:

Current, active LVN or RN license in Texas
Current CPR certification
Previous skilled nursing or long-term care experience preferred
Strong clinical and assessment skills
Excellent communication and teamwork abilities
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
