If you enjoy working in a fast-paced manufacturing environment and have experience operating forklifts, we'd love to hear from you!What You'll Do:As a key member of our operations team, you'll be responsible for:Safely operating sit-down forklifts to move raw materials and finished products throughout the facilityLoading and unloading trucks and trailers efficiently and accuratelyTransporting materials to production and warehouse areas as neededPerforming routine forklift inspections and reporting any equipment issuesMaintaining inventory organization and proper material storage practicesAssisting with general warehouse and production support tasksFollowing all company safety procedures and maintaining a clean work environmentWhat We're Looking For:High School Diploma or GED preferred1-2 years of forklift operating experience in a warehouse or manufacturing environmentPrevious sit-down forklift experience requiredAbility to safely handle and transport heavy materialsStrong attention to detail and commitment to workplace safetyBilingual (English/Spanish) is a plusAbility to work independently and as part of a teamWork Environment & Physical Demands:This role operates in a high-heat, dusty, and noisy manufacturing setting. Must be comfortable working in an industrial environment. Expect prolonged standing, repetitive movements, and lifting up to 55 lbs.
