We are seeking a Sr Recruiter to join multiple manufacturing companies for a long term contract.

Pay: $35-45/HR

Description:

The Senior Recruiter manages the end-to-end recruitment process for assigned requisitions, from intake discussions with hiring managers and human resources through sourcing, screening, interviewing, and offer.

This role partners with hiring managers to identify and attract qualified talent, gather feedback, and provide hiring recommendations.

The Senior Recruiter serves as the primary point of contact for candidates throughout the hiring process and is responsible for delivering an exceptional candidate experience.

• High School Diploma or equivalent required.
• Typically requires a minimum of 5 years of related experience.
• Experience in full-cycle recruiting of professional positions in a corporate environment, including developing creative and innovative sourcing strategies.
• Ability to build relationships with hiring managers at all levels of the organization.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to maintain a high level of confidentiality.

• Onsite (Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday); Remote (Monday and Friday)
• Starting Monday, September 14, days onsite will be Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday, and Thursday; remote on Friday
• Flexibility in hours, with an 8-hour workday between 7:30 a.m. and 5:00 p.m.; preferred start time is by 8:30 a.m.
