Location(s) South Grafton, Massachusetts Company Molex Career Field Operations & Manufacturing

Minimum five (5) years of experience in production planning, purchasing, materials management, or supply chain within a manufacturing environment.

Experience using SAP ERP/MRP.

Experience with purchasing processes, supplier management, and production planning.

Experience managing purchase orders, inventory planning, and material availability.

Experience analyzing data and making decisions using SAP reports and Excel.

Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Business, Operations Management, Finance, or a related field.

APICS/ASCM CPIM or CSCP certification.

Experience with supplier negotiations and annual cost reduction initiatives.

Understanding of supplier cost breakdowns, material pricing, and annual cost reviews.

Experience in a high-mix, low-volume manufacturing environment.

For this role, we anticipate paying $65,000 - $90,000 per year. This role is eligible for variable pay, issued as a monetary bonus or in another form.
