What You’ll Do (At a Glance) Lead and grow children’s and youth ministries (ages 4–18) Create engaging, faith-forming programs and events Build relationships with families and volunteers Recruit, equip, and encourage a strong volunteer team Collaborate with staff and church leaders to shape ministry direction Who We’re Looking For Someone who is: Passionate about faith formation and discipleship Comfortable working with kids, youth, parents, and volunteers Organized, relational, and able to take initiative A team player who communicates well and leads with grace Helpful (But Not Required) Background in education, ministry, or a related field Experience working with children or youth Familiarity with church life (especially United Methodist is a plus) What to Expect Part-time role with flexibility Opportunity to make a real impact quickly A church that values growth, relationships, and new ideas #J-18808-Ljbffr Find Christian Links
