Job Description

Step into an engaging role that supports students’ communication and academic growth in a supportive school environment. As an onsite Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) for the upcoming 2026/2027 school year, you’ll have the opportunity to make a meaningful impact, collaborate with dedicated education professionals, and help students achieve their fullest potential. This is a full-time, contract position ideal for passionate SLPs with their CCC ready to inspire and empower.

Qualifications:

Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology
Active Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC) from ASHA
State licensure (or eligibility) as a Speech-Language Pathologist
Previous experience working with school-aged children is highly valued
Strong collaboration and communication skills
Ability to manage a full caseload and work well in an educational setting
Commitment to onsite, in-person service delivery for the entire school year

Key Responsibilities:

Assess and diagnose speech, language, communication, and swallowing disorders in students
Develop and implement individualized education plans (IEPs) tailored to each student’s goals
Collaborate with teachers, special education staff, and families for comprehensive student support
Provide direct interventions, therapy, and progress monitoring for students with diverse needs
Maintain clear records and participate in IEP meetings, student progress reviews, and multidisciplinary teams
Foster a positive, inclusive atmosphere that encourages student participation and expression
