Your role will include giving facility tours, handling sign-ups, answering phone inquiries, and providing coverage in our Kid's Center.ResponsibilitiesProvide friendly and efficient customer service to members and potential members, addressing their needs and inquiries.Assist with member sign-ups and conduct facility tours to showcase our amenities and services.Answer phone calls professionally, providing information and assistance to callers.Provide coverage in our Kid's Center, ensuring a safe and engaging environment for children.Perform administrative tasks related to member registration, data entry, and maintaining accurate records.Engage with the community to promote our facility and services, building positive relationships with members and potential members.QualificationsPrevious experience in customer service is preferred, demonstrating excellent interpersonal and communication skills.Strong verbal and written communication skillsFriendly and approachable demeanorAbility to multitask and manage time effectivelyProficiency in using computers and office softwarePositive and enthusiastic attitudeCommitment to providing excellent customer serviceWillingness to learn and adapt to new tasksWorking ConditionsPrimary office and facility environment.Ability to stand, walk, and sit for extended periods.Ability to lift and carry up to 20 pounds occasionally.Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays, as needed.Join us and be part of a supportive team that values dedication, customer service, and community engagement.
