Compensation & Performance Program Manager About the Role The Compensation & Performance Program Manager is responsible for leading the planning, execution, governance, and continuous improvement of compensation and performance management programs. This role drives key annual processes, manages cross-functional initiatives, and leads change management efforts to ensure programs are delivered effectively and adopted successfully across the organization. Key Responsibilities Lead planning and execution of compensation and performance management cycles, including merit, bonus, goal-setting, and performance review processes. Develop and manage project plans, timelines, risks, dependencies, and stakeholder communications. Develop and execute change management, communication, and training plans to support program adoption. Drive stakeholder engagement and manage organizational readiness for process and program changes. Identify opportunities to simplify, standardize, and improve compensation and performance management processes. Conduct post-cycle reviews and implement continuous improvement initiatives to enhance efficiency and user experience. Document and maintain program governance, process documentation, and operating procedures. Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business, Finance, or a related field. 5+ years of experience in program management, project management, HR operations, compensation, performance management, or related fields. Experience managing complex, cross-functional initiatives and stakeholder groups. Strong project management, organizational, and change management skills. Excellent communication, facilitation, and stakeholder management capabilities. Demonstrated ability to drive process improvement and operational excellence. Additional Information Time Type: Full time Employee Type: Assignee / Regular Travel: Yes, 10% of the Time Relocation Eligible: No The salary offered to a selected candidate will be based on multiple factors including location, hire grade, job-related knowledge, skills, experience, and with consideration of internal equity of our current team members. In addition to a comprehensive benefits package, candidates may be eligible for other forms of compensation such as participation in a bonus and a stock award program, as applicable. For all sales roles, the posted salary range is the Target Total Cash (TTC) range for the role, which is the sum of base salary and target bonus amount at 100% goal achievement.
