Responsibilities:

• Under limited supervision, provides general administrative support for the Commercial Appraisal Team
• Performs a variety of administrative tasks including but not limited to phone support, draft, preparation and distribution of correspondence, calendar and scheduling, meeting coordination, etc.
• Provide travel coordination and manage the scheduling process for property inspections
• Communications with staff, clients and property owners, involving detailed written and verbal record keeping
• Data entry of property information in company database
• No formal supervisory responsibilities in this position: may provide informal assistance such as technical guidance and/or training to coworkers; may coordinate work and assign tasks.
• Ability to comprehend and interpret instructions, short correspondence, and memos and ask clarifying questions to ensure understanding. Ability to write routine reports and correspondence. Ability to respond to common inquiries or complaints from clients, co-workers, and/or supervisor. Ability to effectively present information internally

Requirements:

• Excellent organizational skills, advanced verbal and written communication skills
• Ability to understand and carry out general instructions in standard situations. Ability to solve problems in standard situations. Requires basic analytical skills.
• Intermediate to advanced skills with Microsoft Office Suite: Teams, Outlook, Word, Excel, Word, PowerPoint, etc.
• Must be able to work simultaneously on multiple projects
• Experience coordinating and managing multiple schedules
• Ability to work remotely
• High school diploma or general education degree (GED), college preferred. A minimum of three years of related experience and/or training. Prior appraisal office experience is preferred

Notes:

Additional Salary Information: Negotiable, based on experience. Temporary to Permanent: Part Time up to 20 hours per week (with an opportunity for permanent part-time or full-time position based on performance)
