If you are the person who doesn't back down from a tough conversation, thrives under pressure and gets satisfaction from turning a challenging situation into a win, we want you on our team!Duties & ResponsibilitiesNegotiate directly with creditors and collection agencies on behalf of our clients.Own your pipeline - manage a queue of client accounts, hitting monthly production goals that keep the department (and your paycheck) strongDevelop strategic settlement approaches based on each client's financial situation.Work toward favorable settlement agreements while protecting the clients' interests.Maintain accurate documentation and follow company processes and compliance requirementsManage multiple negotiations while consistently meeting performance and productivity goals. Qualifications and Educational RequirementsDebt Settlement Experience not required - We will train!High school diploma or GED (preferred)Effective communication skills (verbal and written)A high degree of initiative with the ability to meet and exceed monthly goalsProficiency in Microsoft Office Compensation & IncentivesHourly Pay - $20/hour, paid BiweeklyMonthly Bonus – tiered structure based on monthly production  Average negotiators are earning $65,000 - $75,000Top Performers are earning $90,000 +Overtime opportunities available! BenefitsMedical (PPO), dental, and vision coverage is availableGroup term life, AD&D, and long-term disability (LTD) insurance is availableVirtual doctor and Employee Assistance Program (EAP) benefits are availableVoluntary life and short-term disability (STD) insurance is available401(k) retirement planPaid time off (PTO)Work EnvironmentThis is an in-office, high-energy call floor in Richardson, TX - not remote.
